NPTLOK Male Branch Tee
NPTLOK manufactures male branch tee for more than 20 years. The male branch tee is used to connect tube lines to the female thread. The tube lines include metric or fractional tubes. The female thread includes BSPT, NPT, BSP, G, R, Rc, etc. Male branch tee is available in various sizes according to the applications. We make silver plated inside the nut to make sure gall resistance during assembly.

Male Branch Tee Ferrules
NPTLOK male branch tee is available in double ferrule or single ferrule upon customers’ application requirements.
Important notice that the tubing choice is related to double ferrule and single ferrule. If you choose a double ferrule male branch tee, you should use a seamless, polished, smooth tube without any flaws. Please do not use a roughcast tube for double ferrule fittings.
If you choose a single ferrule male branch tee, The roughcast tube is better.
NPTLOK makes a hardened treatment on the ferrule to strengthen ferrule pressure. NPTLOK ferrules provide a leak-free connection.
Male Branch Tee Materials
NPTLOK male branch tee is available in stainless steel, carbon steel, brass, and other special materials including Monel, Alloy, and so on.
Materials choice is upon applications. Stainless steel includes 304, 304L, 316, and 316L. It is the most common material of male branch tee. For the carbon steel material, we will make galvanized treatment on the surface. Carbon steel material is more economical. If the system is in an extreme environment, special materials are recommended, for example, Monel, Alloy625, Titanium, etc.
Stainless steel temperature: -245℃ to 649℃
Carbon steel temperature: -29℃ to 427℃
Brass temperature: -54℃ to 204℃
Monel temperature: up to 538℃
Alloy 625 temperature: 926℃-1177℃
Titanium temperature: up to 450-500℃
Male Branch Tee Repeat Use
NPTLOK male branch tees are able to assemble and disassemble easily. They are the most feasible option to connect various polished tubes. They can be repeated use and provide a positive leak-free connection.
