We can manufacture compression fittings according to your specific requirements. For example, customize the smaller length, or print your logo on the fittings.
All the internal threads of our compression fittings’ nuts are silver plated to protect them from galling.
Depending on size, our compression fitting can withstand pressure from 3000 to 10000 psi. The smaller the size, the higher the pressure.
Each compression fitting is clearly marked with a heat number. allowing you to easily trace it.
Leak-free Double Ferrule Design
Our compression fittings come in two different types: single ferrule compression fitting and double ferrule compression fitting. Single ferrule compression fittings use one single ferrule for sealing and gripping, while double ferrule compression fittings have these two functions seperated, with front ferrule for sealing and back ferrule for gripping. This design avoids stress concentration at a single point, prevents leakage risk under vibration and increases installation tolerance.
Anti-Galling Design
Due to stainless steel soft and ductile properties, it is prone to gall. This will lead to unremovable nuts and greatly reduce the lifespan of a compression fitting. To solve this problem, all internal threads of our compression fittings’ nuts are silver plated to reduce friction. What’s more, silver coating remains stable under high temperature, making the protection last for a long time.
